- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★August 07, 2020, by Jean Andre` PierreThese people know what they are doing. Great Customer service. The manager there will make sure you get the best plan with best prices. Went above and beyond to explain what your getting and how it will save you money in the long run. I would recommend a friend to them. Thank You!
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆October 16, 2019, by Megan&Josh AThis store is the worst. The manager, Bobby, is a real scum-bag. He lied to my face about several things. We got all new phones at 32GB. I should have verified the sizes as the iPhone was not 32GB unlike my Android. When confronted within the Apple 14-day satisfaction policy, Bobby lied about the iPhone 6s+ saying that it does not have a 32GB version, when cue cards on display say 16, 32, 64, etc. Sprint's own website says 32GB for that phone as well. Then I had to return the "free" mobile hotspot as he said it does not add anything to the bill but I found it adds $6/month for network connectivity of the device. Sprint customer care helped resolve the issue with the hotspot and all charges were credited. Then, when I got my Android, he did not pack the charger in the packaging. I did not notice as I went from a GS6 and the chargers are nearly the same. When I confronted the manager, Bobby, that my new GS7 charger was not in the bag, he said he may have left it at the workbench during the switch and to stop by. I stopped in and he scrambled around and pulled a random charger from the work area. I refused to take it as I had no idea how long that one had been in service or how the cord had been handled. We could not identify if it was the one that came with my GS7 so he gave it to me and a knock-off cord from the shelf. Meh... We placed an order for a Rose-gold iPhone7+ 64GB to replace the iPhone6S+ 16GB since there were "no 32GB for the 6S+". The phone was back ordered and expected in a month; no big deal. After a month, the website link we were sent said it was delayed even further. Called customer care to get insurance on the 6S+ so it could be safely returned. After the expected date had arrived, we called the store once a week for 3 weeks and were told "we will call you when it gets here." each time we called. The link from the email takes you to a page where you enter your order number and it tells you the status. That page kept giving errors and we could not see the status of the order. Another 3 weeks passed and we called the store. The same lady that said "we will call you" said that they had the phone for a few weeks and sent it back as they "cannot keep them very long." The web link to the order status finally worked again and said the order was "returned." I went down to the store and the manager, Bobby, said that they had called us several times and we did not respond to them. I showed him the call logs from both phones detailing that their store number had never called either phone. He proceeded to ask "how do I know you didn't delete those logs from the phones? Why would we not call you? What do I have to gain from something like that?" After accusing me of deleting the call logs, I showed him the online call logs from our account on Sprint, which cannot be "managed" in any sense and can only be read. After showing proof that we never received the "calls", I threatened that he better cough up the right phone now or face talking to an attorney. He then proceeded, angrily, to the back stock-room where he conveniently found a phone matching the iPhone7+, rose-gold, 32GB specs. I did not allow him to disassemble anything and we took care of the data transfer ourselves. With a very poor and unprofessional attitude, he accepted the return of the old phone, and we went our separate ways. TL:DR, The manager, Bobby, is a blatant lying salesman and I will never return to this location.
