- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆May 07, 2020, by Kelly MHorHorrible experience and I never even placed an order. Called on a Wednesday, hoping to order balloons for a Thursday delivery. They took my name, email and number. No one got back to me until Friday at 5 pm, and it was via email, asking what I wanted to order. Didn't even have the sense to return my call! Horrible customer service, obviously doesn't want business. Called another place, and got balloons delivered the same day!
